The meeting was chaired by Zhang Zhenzhong, secretary of the party branch and executive deputy general manager.

The conference kicked off with the solemn national anthem. The conference approved the draft of the Election Method and the list of scrutineers and vote counters. According to the Constitution of the CPC and other relevant provisions, all party members elected the new secretary and members of the party committee of the company in strict accordance with the method of secret ballot and competitive election.
